Members of the Selden Fire Department gathered on Sunday, May 18, at the Brookhaven Town Firefighters Museum in Ridge to take part in the annual Town of Brookhaven Firefighters Memorial Service. The event paid tribute to all volunteer firefighters across the town who have passed away since the last memorial service, including four members from the Selden Fire Department.

The memorial service, attended by fire departments from across the Town of Brookhaven, featured a roll call of names, a ceremonial bell ringing, and remarks from town and fire service officials. The event served as a moment of reflection and gratitude for the contributions of all those who served.
