| On April 10th Selden Firefighters responded to a report of a structural fire at a private home. As units were responding, reports came in of an unspecified number of dogs and cats at the location.
Upon arrival, fire was visible from the attic and side of the house. As the fire was being extinguished, Firefighters initiated a search to locate as many animals as possible. Due to the efforts by the members of the Selden Fire Department, four dogs suffering from extreme smoke inhalation were rescued, along with an unknown number of cats. |
