July 4th Car Fire
By Selden FD
July 4, 2007
Selden Firefighters were chasing motor vehicle accidents and EMS alarms all day on the 4th of July and then around 10pm were called to this car fire on Hudson St after the family returned home from a Fireworks display and realized their own fire working under the hood of the car. One engine and One rescue truck responded under the leadership of the Chief of Dept. John Bartnik. Before firefighters returned home they were hit with 3 additional alarms for good measure.
