Over the weekend of August 15–17, members of the Selden Fire Department and the Selden Juniors traveled to the Main Transit Fire Department in Williamsville, NY, to compete in the New York State Parade.

Selden represented the community with pride and dedication, earning top honors in several categories. The Selden Fire Department captured first place in the 30–45 category, demonstrating outstanding teamwork and precision. The Selden Juniors also took first place in their category, showcasing the future strength of our department. To cap off the weekend, Selden proudly secured second place overall among the many departments that participated.

These accomplishments reflect the hard work, commitment, and unity of our members both young and experienced. The Selden Fire Department thanks our community for the continued support that makes achievements like this possible.
