Selden Fire Department Hosts Graduation for 2025 Suffolk County Fire Academy Cadet Program

Today, the Selden Fire Department had the honor of hosting the graduation ceremony for the 2025 Suffolk County Fire Academy Cadet and Basic Exterior Fire Operations Program. Seventeen Junior Firefighters from across Suffolk County successfully completed the program, including three members of the Selden Fire Department Junior Company.

These young men and women represent the future of the fire service. We are extremely proud of their dedication and accomplishments, and we look forward to welcoming them into our ranks as full members when they reach the age of 18.
