Selden FD Adopts Families in Need
By Selden FD
December 20, 2017
Each year members of the Selden Fire Department get together to help a family in need around the holidays. Generally things include food for the family as well as toys and clothes for young children. This year we were informed of two families in need and with the assistance of the Suffolk County Police Cops who Care we were able to deliver gifts to both families. This was made possible by the support and donations of the members of our department, as well as support and assistance from SCPD. Both families were extremely appreciative of all the hard work to make this holiday season the best for them and their young children.
